I have to keep reminding myself this whenever I have to go shopping because of the weather here and one day, I saw myself in the mirror, looking at all my flaws on my body and decided that I shouldn’t feel this way about myself because how will I ever lose weight by hating myself?
That’s not positive thinking.
Now, I’m working out every day -sometimes in the morning and afternoon in one day and reminding myself that all my hard work will pay off and I don’t need to look skinny. I just need to lose weight to make myself happy, confident, and healthy.
